Precast Engineering Consultants (PEC) is seeking a skilled Structural (Precast) Engineer with 2+ years of structural engineering experience to join our team. Exceptional new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates may work from any location worldwide, as long as they can collaborate for a few hours each day during Pacific Standard Time.

• Perform structural design calculations using Excel, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D, and other precast/prestressed component design software.
• Oversee the development and review of plans, details, and calculations to ensure accuracy and quality control.
• Communicate directly with external design professionals, including Architects, Engineers, and Contractors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and assist in developing new client partnerships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred, but strong new graduates with internship experience will be considered.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, engineers, managers, and drafters.
• Familiarity with U.S. building codes such as IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, PCI MNL-120, and AISC Steel Manual.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting/modeling platforms.
• Background in the precast or prestressed concrete industry.
